  • Cantaloupe helps fight heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer and aging.
  • One cup of cantaloupe contains 112.5% of the daily value for vitamin C, a well-known antioxidant. Antioxidants help fight heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer and aging.
  • Cantaloupe is also a very good source of potassium, vitamin B6, dietary fiber and niacin (vitamin B3).
